New British Columbia Golf Trips For All Golfers

January 14, 2015

Jim Lee, British Columbia Golf

British Columbia Golf is pleased to announce the addition of 2 new member trips to our calendar.  These events, one to be held in Arizona this spring, and one in BC in late summer, are designed for all golfers of all abilities.  All play will be based on net scores to ensure equal opportunity to do well, but the event will be developed to maximize fun and meet other golfers.

The first of these trips will be held April 6 - 8 in Phoenix at the JW  Marriott Camelback Resort. For more information on Camelback, click here.  Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $299 per night and this rate is available for pre and post stays. To make a room booking using the special code, click here.  If you are already in Phoenix, or have other plans, you can make your own accommodation arrangements.

In order to provide maximum flexibility, we are separating the golf tee times from the accommodation.  This will allow for non-golfing partners.  Tee times have been booked on the Ambiente and Padre courses for the morning of both the 7 and 8, but I will be making up the draw to maximize the social aspect of the event and allow you to meet other golfers.  If you wish to register for the event as tee times are limited at this discounted rate, send me an email at jim@britishcolumbiagolf.org

We are working wih our partners at the Arizona Golfl Association to invite their members to participate as well, so that participants will have an opportuity to meet AGA members as well as other British Columbia Golf members.

Further information and registration for the event will be available on an ongoing basis, contact Jim Lee.

The summer/fall event will be structured the same way, with invitations to AGA members.  A BC resort will be selected to host the event in April.
